In the current context of the expansion of technology use for the benefit of marketing, Augmented Reality (AR) embodies a form of digitalization of the shopping experience and offers support to consumers in this process. The number of scientific publications on AR has been increasing exponentially. This paper aims to examine the descriptive, intellectual structure and conceptual structure of AR research in marketing field and produce a systematic review. This bibliometric analysis, based on 247 articles from the Scopus database, covered two periods between 2009 and June 2023. The conceptual structure of the bibliometric analysis revels that period 1 (2009-2020), augmented reality studies focused mainly on AR characteristics (interactivity), while the studies on period 2 (2021-june 2023) focused on consumer behavior and metaverse. Moreover, the intellectual structure reveals that augmented reality research in marketing has not reached its maturity. Finally, the systematic review demonstrates that the experimentation method dominates the most influential studies in this field in terms of citations.

E-commerce in Morocco has undergone a major evolution. Businesses continue to digitize, and "think digital" has radically transformed the relationship with the customer. Today's hyper-connected, autonomy-loving, novelty-loving customer seems to enjoy the digitalization of products and distribution channels. This has enabled them to take advantage of a pleasant environment, in line with their tastes and ubiquity.
However, even with improved digital performance and technical reliability, we conclude that digitalization and all these innovations have no control over consumer dissatisfaction, because there will always be a dissatisfied customer somewhere, and products will always be returned.
In this article, we will explore, through a qualitative study, the cyberconsumer's main expectations of the returns management service, and the reactions of return managers to requests for returns.
Interviews were conducted with online consumers from different professional categories who had experienced returns, and with returns managers operating in different business sectors. The total number of interviewees was 20 (10 e-consumers and 10 return managers). To analyze the content of the data collected, we opted for manual processing. In this sense, we used thematic content analysis, as the themes were defined in advance.

Paper type : Empirical research.

In the digital era, communication through social media is at the heart of companies' overall strategies, including influencer marketing, a new promotional trend based on recommendations from influential individuals known as "opinion leaders" or commonly referred to as "influencers." Indeed, scholars have long been interested in the phenomenon of opinion leadership, and the concept has been the subject of several studies, leading to the emergence of three main research currents. However, to date, there is no general consensus on the characteristics and profile of opinion leaders/influencers.
To deeply analyze the profile of Moroccan e-opinion leaders and identify the most relevant characteristics, a netnographic study was conducted on Facebook. This study investigated the profile of Moroccan influencer, their interactions with other internet users, and their content sharing over a period of six months. Following a multi-method approach, the netnographic study was complemented by semi-structured interviews with the page followers.
The analysis revealed 10 characteristics of the influencer which are perceived expertise, competence in interpersonal relationships, social capital, exhibitionism, perceived trustworthiness, innovativeness, care in profile presentation, and openness. The study shed light on the profile of an e-opinion leader and also identified certain variables that can moderate their impact on followers, including perceived homophily and consumer expertise.

The evolving SARS-CoV-2 epidemic in Africa: Insights from rapidly expanding genomic surveillance
INTRODUCTION
Investment in Africa over the past year with regard to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) sequencing has led to a massive increase in the number of sequences, which, to date, exceeds 100,000 sequences generated to track the pandemic on the continent. These sequences have profoundly affected how public health officials in Africa have navigated the COVID-19 pandemic.
RATIONALE
We demonstrate how the first 100,000 SARS-CoV-2 sequences from Africa have helped monitor the epidemic on the continent, how genomic surveillance expanded over the course of the pandemic, and how we adapted our sequencing methods to deal with an evolving virus. Finally, we also examine how viral lineages have spread across the continent in a phylogeographic framework to gain insights into the underlying temporal and spatial transmission dynamics for several variants of concern (VOCs).
RESULTS
Our results indicate that the number of countries in Africa that can sequence the virus within their own borders is growing and that this is coupled with a shorter turnaround time from the time of sampling to sequence submission. Ongoing evolution necessitated the continual updating of primer sets, and, as a result, eight primer sets were designed in tandem with viral evolution and used to ensure effective sequencing of the virus. The pandemic unfolded through multiple waves of infection that were each driven by distinct genetic lineages, with B.1-like ancestral strains associated with the first pandemic wave of infections in 2020. Successive waves on the continent were fueled by different VOCs, with Alpha and Beta cocirculating in distinct spatial patterns during the second wave and Delta and Omicron affecting the whole continent during the third and fourth waves, respectively. Phylogeographic reconstruction points toward distinct differences in viral importation and exportation patterns associated with the Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Omicron variants and subvariants, when considering both Africa versus the rest of the world and viral dissemination within the continent. Our epidemiological and phylogenetic inferences therefore underscore the heterogeneous nature of the pandemic on the continent and highlight key insights and challenges, for instance, recognizing the limitations of low testing proportions. We also highlight the early warning capacity that genomic surveillance in Africa has had for the rest of the world with the detection of new lineages and variants, the most recent being the characterization of various Omicron subvariants.
CONCLUSION
Sustained investment for diagnostics and genomic surveillance in Africa is needed as the virus continues to evolve. This is important not only to help combat SARS-CoV-2 on the continent but also because it can be used as a platform to help address the many emerging and reemerging infectious disease threats in Africa. In particular, capacity building for local sequencing within countries or within the continent should be prioritized because this is generally associated with shorter turnaround times, providing the most benefit to local public health authorities tasked with pandemic response and mitigation and allowing for the fastest reaction to localized outbreaks. These investments are crucial for pandemic preparedness and response and will serve the health of the continent well into the 21st century
